About the Role: Banyan Technology is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Implementation Leads to join our growing team. As an Implementation Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful onboarding of new clients onto our platform. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the implementation process, from initial project planning and scoping to ongoing project management, solution configuration and testing, client training and go-live support. Our implementers are collaborators who work with Sales on scoping and starting new work, with our Development team when enhancement work is needed and with Support as we transition completed projects to their excellent care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
  • Proactively mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Configure the sold scope and test it with our client.
  • Conduct regular client and internal stakeholder meetings.
  • Thoroughly understand client business needs and integration requirements.
  • Clearly communicate project timelines and methodology to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Configure and test the deployed Banyan solution.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in software implementation, configuration and project management roles.
  • Experience in the freight transportation industry is strongly preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Jira is a plus.
