Job Description:

This role will coordinate activities, monitor operations, develop and implement systems in accordance with the ACGME policies and procedures for accredited residencies and/or fellowships. This position involves analysis, documentation, planning, and coordination of activities related to current policies and procedures of the sponsoring programs. This position supervises the programs secretary. This position reports to the Director of Graduate Medical Education.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate degree or equivalent through work experience required, Bachelor’s preferred.

Two (2) years of experience working with residency or fellowship programs, required

Leadership and management skill set required

Proficient in the requirements of a residency program, knowledge of the New Innovations program and ACGME requirements required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel required.

Must be highly organized and able to multi-task
