Job Description:

This position is responsible for assisting the Head Cross Country and Track and Field Coach in all aspects of practice and competition preparation, recruitment of student athletes, and the comprehensive operation of the program with student athlete welfare as a guiding principle.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-3 years of coaching experience collegiately and/or 2-3 years of high level club coaching experience.
