Job Description:

This position provides office support to the Office of Student Affairs in the College of Medicine and Life Sciences. The Office of Student Affairs is responsible for coordinating all medical student affairs throughout their 4 year curriculum in the College of Medicine and Life Sciences. This position works directly with students to assist them in pursuing their career goals and academic success. It is the front line position for student contact and follow up for students working with the Director of Student Affairs, and OSA Deans. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage timelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associates degree OR 3-5 years secretarial/administrative assistant experience

Knowledgeable in general office procedures.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with Microsoft Suite products as well as Outlook calendar.
Detail Oriented.
Ability to maintain confidential records.
Ability to lift 20lb or more regularly during event set-up.
