SUMMARY
The Professional Education Program Specialist is responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of SPR Therapeutics’ professional education programs and activities. In collaboration with Professional Education Program Manager and other cross-functional partners, this role helps to ensure that all professional education programs are managed and executed on time, on budget and on brand while meeting or exceeding quality standards. This team member also collaborates with physician faculty and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication from event planning through post-event analysis.
Primary Responsibilities
- Professional Education Event Planning
- Manages meeting/event logistics including catering, hotels, and travel as needed to support all assigned professional education programs.
- Tracks event registration, sign-in sheets, invoicing, and all other required documentation for compliance reporting
- Manages shipping, fulfillment, and return of all event materials – equipment, models, marketing collateral, etc. Acts as the team lead for event material inventory management and forecasting.
- Assists with post-program follow-up, evaluations and measurement. Collaborates with internal partners on reporting and analytics.
- Purchase Order and Budget Management
- Works with Finance team to initiate purchase orders related to assigned professional education activities. Assists with review and processing of invoices to ensure timely payments to vendors and faculty members.
- Tracks individual event budgets and reconciles against actual spend. Supports expense reporting for assigned events.
- Manages monthly and quarterly department spend against budget. Develops and distributes budget reports to cross-functional stakeholders
- Other Education/Marketing Operations
- Processes and tracks all documentation related to faculty engagements, including contracts, compliance training and payments.
- Maintains and manages approved templates and master education decks in collaboration with Compliance, Regulatory, Clinical, Marketing, Market Access, and others.
- Assists with the planning and execution of other professional education projects (e.g. webinars, CME activities, grant requests, society meetings) as assigned
