You are an experienced Account Executive who takes pride in owning the entire sales motion - sourcing opportunties, developing pipeline, executing a plan, and managing those opportunties to close. You are also an organized, strategic, self starter that is not afraid to get their hands dirty and use your vast skillset and interests to help make Spinwheel a better place than before you started. This is not a role for a lone wolf.
Your main focus will be to drive our future growth by generating and closing new opportunities with the world’s best consumer debt technology. We are proud to be solving a problem where there’s significant new value and this should excite you.
As an early sales hire, the ideal candidate might come from a fintech and/or SaaS background but we won't discriminate, if you are highly motivated, super smart, have phenomenal experience, or a great story we'd love to chat.

What you'll do:

  • Source and sign new customers
  • Use your self starting, entrepreneurial spirit to own your business outcomes.
  • Have direct access and work with the Head of Sales and the rest of the leadership team
  • Provide voice-of-customer and competitive feedback to our product teams (and others) to help us better asses new market opportunties as we continue to improve our offering, refine product roadmap, and build go-to-market strategy
  • Be obsessed with hitting your numbers and supporting the rest of the growth team in achieving our collective goals for the organization.
  • Desire to be a team player.

You have:

  • 4-7 years of experience in Sales/Customer facing roles at a tech or fintech company
  • A creative, problem solving approach to sales. We are living in a SaaS world, we don't want to sell shelfware
  • Self-motivated with the ambition to hit quarterly quotas and a proven track record of hitting sales targets and closing deals quickly
  • Extremely strong organizational skills with the ability to focus and overachieve in a remote-first environment
  • Desire to work in an early stage startup where process and frameworks are not always well defined
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger to succeed and desire to be a lifelong learner
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • An approachable, genial, disarming personality.
