Role Overview
As Director, Product Management (Australia) at Idera, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Developer Tools products. Your mission will be to develop a comprehensive product strategy and lead a team of talented product managers. You'll be responsible for building and delivering a robust roadmap of product offerings, as well as a thriving platform that resonates with developers.Additionally, you will act as the primary liaison between our Product/R&D teams and the Business teams, ensuring alignment and efficient execution of product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new opportunities and integrate these insights into strategic product plans.
- Engage in effective negotiation with business stakeholders to ascertain optimal product options.
- Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to craft and execute winning plans for product development.
- Guide and mentor the product team, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence in product management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong proficiency in both oral and written communication.
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to inspire and lead technical teams.
- Prior experience in product management, particularly in low code applications and Business Intelligence platforms or related fields.
Location
This is a fully remote position offering a flexible work from home environment for candidates residing in Australia.The role is open to both full-time and contract arrangements
