Overview
The Executive Assistant will support both the CEO and CRO, acting as a key partner in managing their day-to-day priorities, communications, and coordination across the organization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with significant exposure to senior stakeholders and business-critical activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex and often conflicting calendars for both executives, ensuring optimal prioritization aligned with business needs
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including frequent last-minute changes and contingency planning
- Manage and draft high-volume, high-stakes communications on behalf of the CEO and CRO
- Act as a central point of coordination between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Support coordination of commercial activities, including client interactions, follow-ups, and internal alignment related to deals and partnerships
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings to support executive decision-making
- Ensure effective information flow across teams and leadership
- Organize key meetings, offsites, and internal events
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
- Support strategic projects and initiatives as required

- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote)
- Previous experience supporting senior executives (ideally more than one) is highly preferred
- Degree in Business Administration, Administrative Sciences, or similar is a plus
