We’re actively seeking a Program Manager to support the DualTech by Takeoff Acceleration Program in Turin (Italy), taking ownership of the relationship with NATO DIANA, the Italian Ministry of Defence and dual-use startups, as well as executing the acceleration program timeline in terms of workshops and activities, main events organization and related marketing activities.

Program Manager

The role of the Program Manager is to independently design, plan, and execute the full lifecycle of startup accelerator programs and medium-scale events. This role combines strategic program design with hands-on operational excellence to ensure high-quality delivery across the global Plug and Play landscape.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Run and continuously improve the DualTech by Takeoff program, taking into account financial and timeline constraints.
• Manage a small team of up to two people.
• Be responsible for formal reporting on program activities and KPIs.
• Build and manage strong relationships with mentors, investors, and corporate partners and leverage the local dual use ecosystem to create opportunities and growth for dual use companies.
• Act as a mentor for startups, helping teams mature and succeed within the program.
• Oversee the organisation of small and medium size events such as kick off events, local demo day, roundtables and “speeddating” sessions.

Our requirements

• Fluent in English and Italian
• 4 years of working experience
• Master's Degree degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Willingness to travel at least twice a year
• High knowledge and ability to use various computer tools (G-suite, Zoom,Eventbrite, Keynote)
• Ability to work in a small and dynamic team
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities
• Good interpersonal skills
• Rigor in work & Reactivity
• Startup and entrepreneurial affinity
