WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
As a Program Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the accelerator program and events. This entry-level position provides a unique opportunity to work closely with startups, industry experts and fortune 500 corporations in the Crypto & Web3 space. You will gain hands-on experience in program management, startup support, and community building.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
Program Support:
- Assist in the coordination and execution of accelerator programs, workshops, and events in close partnership with our corporate partners. Ensure all logistical details are handled effectively, including scheduling, communications, and materials preparation.
- Provide support to participating startups by addressing their needs, facilitating access to resources, and connecting them with relevant mentors and industry experts.
- Maintain program databases, prepare reports, and manage program documentation.
Event Operations:
- Help organize and manage events such as our signature Summit Event, pitch days, and networking sessions. This includes managing registrations, setting up venues, and ensuring smooth event operations.
Marketing & Community Building:
- Actively engage with the startup community, including founders, mentors, and industry partners. Foster positive relationships and gather feedback to enhance the program.
- Assist in creating social media strategy and posts to drive visibility in the Crypto ecosystem.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Previous exposure to cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech industries is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects, events, and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with crypto-focused founders, investors, mentors, and other key stakeholders in the ecosystem.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite and CRMs (Salesforce). Experience with crypto-specific tools (e.g., blockchain explorers, DeFi platforms) is a plus!
- Enthusiasm for the crypto, blockchain, and fintech space, and a genuine passion for innovation in decentralized technologies. Interest in emerging trends such as DeFi, NFTs, and smart contracts is a plus!
- Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team, managing various aspects of the accelerator program, including cohort support, networking events, and mentor sessions.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn about the rapidly evolving world of cryptocurrency and blockchain. A self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and enjoys being part of a pioneering team.
