We’re actively seeking a Program Associate for our Sunnyvale office who is an operational powerhouse, organized, and can manage multiple projects at one time. As a Program Associate you will be involved in various innovation programs and activities, setting up events and networking sessions, own relationships with the ecosystem, support business development with their corporate accounts and deal flows, prepare marketing collateral, order promotional materials and supplies for the team, and more.

The focus for this position will be supporting innovation programs for partners in our GOAL team.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

• Mentor and subject matter expert scouting
• Support with international startup program organization, including workshop, networking and pitching event organization in Silicon Valley
• Mentor Newsletter maintenance
• Creating and posting LinkedIn posts on the program page
• Connecting program startups to resources available at Plug and Play
• Program report creation

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Innovation Management
• 2-3 years of experience in the field of innovation, accelerators, marketing or startup

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Demonstrate dependability, accountability, self-awareness, strong work ethic, and reliability
• Passion and understanding for entrepreneurial communities
• Startup or entrepreneurship experience is a plus
• In-person and Virtual event organization and management
• Fluent in English
