Sales Development Rep

OnStation, a rapidly growing B2B SaaS located in Cleveland OH, is looking for a Sales Development Rep. Employee will be a core piece of the growing Sales Team, be responsible for top loading the prospect pipeline, have initial contact with prospects and gain experience at a scaling startup. This is an entry level position, but we are looking for someone who wants to be a top producer, learn, be valued and grow into an AE role.

Day In A Life

· Utilize Trade Associations, Bidx, LinkedIn and other software tools to identify prospects and high priority construction projects

· Hit daily outreach goals via cold calling, emails, automation enrollment

· Hit weekly goals for engagement and securing demonstration calls with targeted prospects

· Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects

· Develop initial mapping of prospect’s office locations, decision makers, project footprint

· Track progress and conversations through HubSpot and Notion

· Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
