The role
We are looking for highly motivated and driven Sales Account Managers to join our growing team. As an Account Manager, you would be responsible for cultivating long-term relationships with clients in your designated territory. You are responsible for selling service agreements, as well as supporting existing clients to meet their staffing goals through effective use of the platform.
Where you'll work
This is a 100% onsite role at our office in Irving, TX.
What you'll be doing
Sell new client agreements by identifying current needs and trends
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
Negotiate pay with clients/facilities
Monitor and analyze customers’ usage of our platform
Resolve conflicts from clients in a timely manner
Build strong, long-lasting client relationships
Identify actions to improve sales performance and opportunities for growth
What you'll need
2+ Years of experience in Sales or other client-facing roles, demonstrating a focus on building relationships and solving problems.
Proficient understanding and practical knowledge of CRM software with one year of hands-on experience
You are data driven (excel, reports, etc.)
You have proven work experience in a team environment
You have attention to detail and multiple tasking skills
You are positive and have a problem-solving attitude
You deliver client-focused solutions
You are self-motivated and thrive in a results-driven environment
You are a natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
You have the ability to prioritize among competing tasks
You have a passion for sales with a hustle mentality
Base: $50,000 with an average OTE of $70k-$80k in first year.
You will also receive a monthly guarantee of $500 for up to 12 moths until your commissions surpass this amount.
