The role
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic advisor to designated business functions, collaborating with leadership to align Talent initiatives with organizational goals. The HRBP provides expert guidance on talent management, employee relations, performance coaching, and organizational development, driving workforce strategies that foster growth and engagement. By leveraging data-driven insights, the HRBP anticipates business needs, implements impactful Talent programs, and proactively resolves complex employee relations matters. This role is critical in shaping an inclusive, high-performing culture through conflict management, leadership development, and ongoing talent initiatives that support long-term business success.
Where you’ll work
This position is onsite, M-F, at our office in Irving, Texas.
What you'll be doing
Collaborate closely with people leaders to design and implement robust talent management strategies, including performance reviews, succession planning, leadership coaching and career development.
Use data-driven insights to forecast talent needs and create personalized development plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving talent mobility.
Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, analyzing workforce trends and translating business goals into actionable Talent initiatives.
Provide thought leadership on organizational design, change management and talent acquisition strategies to support growth.
Champion employee advocacy by building strong relationships across the organization. Lead complex employee relations matters, conducting investigations, providing expert recommendations, and partnering with senior leadership to proactively prevent employee relations issues.
Support managers in handling conflict and facilitating difficult conversations to foster an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
In partnership with Talent Ops, use people analytics to track key Talent metrics (such as turnover, engagement, and talent development) and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership for continuous improvement.
Support the Talent Team’s employee engagement strategy, using real-time feedback mechanisms and partnering with leadership to implement action plans that enhance employee satisfaction, retention and culture.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to forecast hiring needs based on business growth, refine recruitment strategies using market insights, and ensure workforce planning aligns with business goals.
Partner with Talent leadership to implement policies and practices that support strategic business growth and succession planning.
Align Learning & Development initiatives with succession planning and organizational goals to cultivate a high-performing, future-ready workforce.
Ensure organizational charts, job descriptions, and titles remain current and aligned with business units, recommending and implementing changes as needed.

Partner with legal and compliance teams to monitor emerging labor laws and industry regulations, ensuring adaptive HR policies. Lead initiatives to educate managers and employees on legal risks and foster a compliance culture.
What you'll need
A Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, psychology or related field, or equivalent experience is required
4+ years of experience navigating complex employee-related processes (Change Management, Employee Relations, Organizational Development) in a similar role
Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Critical thinker with success in developing innovative solutions to business issues.
Knowledge of HR programs and practices, and the ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply applicable laws, guidelines, or regulations including applicable state and federal employment laws and regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities

Salary: $80,000-$90,000
