We’re looking for an Integration Specialist to join our Client Integrations team within our Product Development department!

The Integrations Specialist will work directly with customers and vendors to implement and support out-of-the-box integrations for the OnShift customer base. This individual will have both a strong technical aptitude to provide quality solutions as well as effective communication skills to ensure the success of our customers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Coordinate with Customers, Vendors, and internal stakeholders to implement standardized integrations

• Develop and maintain Customer\Vendor relationships throughout the life of an integration

• Lead technical discussions during all phases of the integration

• Provide and document regular status updates between team members regarding integration requests

• Work closely with our Project Management team to provide Customers a positive experience

• Monitor and troubleshoot downed integrations by analyzing data\interface problems

• Assist Support Team members with escalated integration troubleshooting as needed

• Work with Customer\Vendor for any problems which cannot be resolved in house

• Work independently on troubleshooting technical issues

• Perform internal and external acceptance testing for any new or enhanced integrations

• Provide a variety of Technical Documentation to assist users externally and internally

WHO YOU ARE

• 2+ years of integration or related experience required

• Technical project management experience required

• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels, placing a strong emphasis on customer-centric focus.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills combined with a genuine passion for resolving technical issues.

• Highly organized individual who is adept at writing technical documentation

• Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

• Third party integration tooling software experience (Workato, Mulesoft, etc.) preferred

• Experience with Microsoft Applications and configuration of Windows Tasks preferred

• Preferred knowledge of the health care industry

• Ability to work fully remote. Office space is available to remote workers who reside in the Greater Cleveland, OH area.
