About Numatic

Numatic Ventures is a hybrid company – one part venture studio, one part professional services – dedicated to solving today’s business challenges while building expertise in the emerging technologies that will unlock entirely new opportunities in the near future (e.g. Web3, AR/VR, AI/ML, etc.).

At Numatic, we ideate, validate, and launch products and startups for ourselves and our investor partners. We bring to bear decades of expertise in strategy, brand, and technology for our portfolio of companies, as well as third party clients. We help organizations and entrepreneurs better understand their customers and businesses, develop category-leading products & services, and create brands that truly connect with customers.

We take pride in doing things the right way – more time on research and data-driven decisions, and less time spent on arbitrarily defined deliverables, meetings, and presentations. Numatic’s business model boils down to this: only hire the best strategists, operators, designers and engineers in the world. No fluff, buzzwords, or bloat. Every project and client gets the A-team.

Job Summary & Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst at Numatic, you will operate as part of a diverse, globally-distributed engagement team on various projects on both the venture studio and professional services sides of the house.

You will work directly with clients, both internal and external, and will take ownership of specific work streams and end-products within Numatic. This means interfacing with internal teams to understand overall project health and progress, managing expectations and communications with clients, and providing a range of support to move projects forward. Above all, your job will be to mobilize and help clients to achieve change that exceeds their expectations.

More broadly, you will have the opportunity to build on your proven capabilities and leverage a range of influencing styles. You will inspire others, build strong relationships, and display high energy and resilience in ambiguous and fast-paced contexts. In a collaborative team setting, you’ll work closely with others but will also – after appropriate apprenticeship – be expected to operate autonomously with limited direction to drive progress in your areas of accountability.
