This is a unique and exciting opportunity to shape the future of nursing education in collaboration with nationally ranked academic health systems and Ohio’s most innovative public universities.
The Nursing Program will offer both a traditional four-year BSN and a two-year degree completion track, designed to meet the region’s growing need for highly skilled and compassionate nurses. The Founding Director will play a critical role in building the program from the ground up, ensuring academic excellence, accreditation readiness, and strong clinical partnerships.

At our organization, we are committed to fostering a collaborative and team-oriented environment that is essential to fulfilling our mission. We believe every employee should feel appreciated, valued, and empowered. To maintain a supportive organizational culture, we seek individuals whose values align with our mission and who thrive in a team-based approach. We encourage providers whose values align with this collaborative approach to clinical care to apply. If you’re ready to be part of a groundbreaking approach to patient care, work in an innovative environment, and have a passion for teaching, we want to hear from you.
