Position Summary Information
Summary | Responsible for standard operating procedures, tasks and training related to Curriculum and Catalog software for supporting each College’s Curriculum Committee(s) and academic programs for curriculum organization and website integration. Assists with development of strategic goals, creation of policies and process analysis, and creating and maintaining proper documentation and training within the Office of the Registrar team to keep abreast of curriculum modifications and introduction of new programs. |

Principal Functional Responsibilities | Collaboration: Works with the NEOMED professional curriculum committees and graduate level program directors/Graduate Faculty Council, alongside the Office of the Registrar team to coordinate and facilitate curriculum requirements/articulations, including development and implementation of curriculum committee workflows and training for course approval and modification processes in software. Awareness of academic program accreditation timelines and curriculum changes across each academic program/certificate. Records Management: Assists in creating and maintaining degree audit templates for each academic program and certificate, ensuring completeness and compliance with data standards. Process Transfer Credit and review dual enrolled final transcripts. Draft to Archival Procedures: Manages the NEOMED website for the Compass, by academic year including archives available online and those maintained for the university available upon request. Creates future drafts as well as maintaining the University Academic Calendars per the Academic Semester Calendar policy. Customer Service: Educates and trains the curriculum committees’ support team members on the course approval process, setting up software workflows and provides exceptional customer service. Other Duties: Assists other office staff during peak times to support office goals. |

Preferred Qualifications | Experience with graduate or professional programs, evaluation and updating of policy and procedures, and degree audits processing |
Physical Requirements | Must be able to utilize a phone, computer and other office equipment. |
Department Specific Information | Starting Salary Range: $41,156 – $45,000, commensurate with experience |
