Position Summary Information
Summary
Assist and support with the strategic planning, implementation, review, and assessment of the strategic initiatives within the strategy office. Collaborate with leadership and various departments to provide operational guidance, implement effective communication mechanisms, and serve as a strategy office liaison to ensure the implementation and evaluation of strategic initiative projects.
Principal Functional Responsibilities
Strategic Plan: Collaborate with the strategy team to ensure the short, mid, and long-term organizational goals of the University Strategic Plan are being met. Provide analysis, data management, and data visualization of University targets, KPIs and metrics. Serve as a strategy office liaison and project team member in the execution of day-to-day strategic team initiatives. Organize and disseminate strategic initiative information and identify professional meetings requiring attendance by stakeholders. Utilize Project management skills, including the ability to develop work plans, manage cross functional scheduling, and facilitate change.

Growth Development: Design, develop, or assist with strategic growth opportunities and partnerships. Includes coordination of project teams, providing primary and secondary research, market data, analytics, and team support, to assist decision making relative to advancing NEOMED’s growth strategy.

Continuous Quality Improvement: Identify problems, recommend, and implement solutions to improve the operations and streamline processes utilizing Lean Six Sigma principles.
Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in education and experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • LEAN Six Sigma training or project management experience
  • Experience in higher education or related field
Physical Requirements
Must be able to utilize a phone, computer and screen and other office equipment.

Department Specific Information
Starting Salary Range: $46,300 – $48,000, commensurate with experience
