Position Summary Information
Summary | Provide administrative support to assigned departments, staff and Academic Affairs and Student Services Senior Executive Director. Serve as lead for CITI training credentials compliance of all students, TB annual process for all students, and serve as primary back-up for all credentialing responsibilities. Support Student Conduct and CAPP staff and functions. Coordinate meetings and/or events including Commencement and support all Student Services events including White Coats, and Student Wellness events. Provide routine support for budgetary needs and/or special projects or programs as assigned. Northeast Ohio Medical University is an AA/EEO Employer. Qualifications |
Education/Degrees: High School diploma plus two years of college coursework (Associate Degree) OR equivalent years of experience
Experience: 3 – 5 years related work experience in an administrative / department coordinator role. Writing and editing skills. Experience in higher education preferred. Proficient computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite and database experience, with a heightened level of proficiency in Excel. |

Physical Requirements | Must be able to utilize a phone, computer and screen and other office equipment. Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. |
