1) Handling and treatment (e.g., breeding colony management, injection, perfusion) of small animals | 15%
2) Data collection using electrophysiological, histology, immunocytochemical, and in situ hybridization techniques | 45%
3) Quantification and analysis data | 15%

Education/Degrees: Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience: At least one year experience in a research environment

Core Competencies

Ability to collect and analyze experimental data and handle animals. Must be able to utilize a phone, computer and screen and other office equipment. While performing the duties of the job, the employee is frequently required to sit; talk; or hear and occasionally stand, walk, reach, stoop, or kneel. Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
