As a data analyst senior or lead on the Underwriting and Verification (UV) Deployment team in the Personal Lines organization, you’ll develop key underwriting insights. In this role, you’ll manage projects that deliver insights to the market and improve the current UV processes and customer support. You’ll contribute significantly to underwriting and verification by deploying new pre-binding verification (PBV) segmentation countrywide. Additionally, you’ll have ownership of and support continued process improvements in the PBV deployment process and reporting.

Must-have qualifications
- A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.
Preferred skills
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proven technical aptitude and experience in data manipulation and visualization using tools such as SAS, Snowflake, R, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, or equivalent
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create, manipulate and formulate spreadsheets, v-lookups, pivot tables, and creating charts and graphs.
- Passion for continuous improvement and data quality
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team-oriented environment
Compensation
- $79,200 - $127,700/year depending on position level and experience
- Gainshare incentive up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
