As an IT process analyst lead within the Enterprise Resource Project Management Organization (ERPMO) you'll support ERPMO initiatives and be a part of the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Center of Excellence (COE). You'll be a dedicated implementor on local initiatives that require change management. You'll be responsible for assessing impact, communicating effectively, addressing resistance, and ensuring employee adoption of new processes, systems, or structures, by facilitating a smooth transition during major organizational transformations. You'll interact closely with stakeholders and peers to define an OCM approach to changes initiated by the organization. In addition, you'll lead continuous improvement efforts related to change management standards, processes, and procedures; leverage strong negotiation skills to bring multiple parties together towards a common goal; and interact, present, consult and effectively challenge people across multiple layers of management. You'll multitask in a fast-paced, undefined environment while simultaneously guiding others.
This is a remote position for US-based work only.
Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Business or Technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math) and a minimum of six years of work experience in technical infrastructure, IT Process design/process improvement or IT Project Management positions
- In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of eight years of related work experience in technical infrastructure, IT process design/process improvement or IT project management position.
Preferred skills
- Change Management Methodologies - Current or past experience applying and executing Organizational Change Management principles
- Communication - Demonstrated experience with effective communication to varying levels of leadership
- Relationship building - Proven ability to influence across multiple disciplines and levels to drive decision making
- Project Management - Ability to plan, execute, and monitor change management activities within project timelines
- Analytical skills - Ability to assess change impacts, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies
Compensation
- $104,670 - $116,300/year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive program up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
