As a Duck Creek developer senior or lead in our IT Commercial Lines (ITCL) Strategy, Architecture, & Planning team, you will partner and collaborate with our business partners, developers, architects, and enterprise teams to innovate, advance, and promote our ITCL technologies. In this role, you'll consult with architects and the business to experiment, learn, and implement DC centric work. As a part of the role, you’ll provide exceptional technical design and thought leadership and will lead efforts to capture and share best-practice knowledge within our ITCL community.

This is a remote position for US-based work only.

Must-have qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum of four years of work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs or applications
  • In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of four years related work experience
  • In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of six years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications

Preferred Skills

  • Duck Creek application and/or engineering development, including Duck Creek on Demand and Azure
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, XML, SQL, and APIs
  • Experience creating roadmaps, architectural planning
  • Strong communication and experience partnering with business and IT
  • Knowledge of Commercial Lines (CL) industry and/or CL Duck Creek implementations

Compensation

  • $115,000-$155,000/year (depending on position level and experience)
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% or 40% (depending on position level) of your eligible earnings based on company performance
