As a procurement specialist on the Procurement Center of Excellence team, you’ll be the primary liaison between various business areas and our Corporate Procurement Management organization. In this role, you’ll perform process and opportunity analytics while coordinating corporate procurement mergers and acquisitions and responsibilities for all associated business areas. Using the procure-to-pay software tool, you’ll support our internal stakeholders through data requests and provide day-to-day troubleshooting/problem-solving. You'll partner with various subject matter experts across the organization and help facilitate our long-term strategic vision to improve the procurement process and integrate Mergers and Acquisition work. In addition, you’ll promote continuous improvements and organizational change management for governance, risk, and compliance initiatives as Progressive continues to grow.

This is a hybrid role, which means you’ll work in-office 1 day a week.

Must-have qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent and a minimum of seven years' experience in analysis, procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management or supplier diversity.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management or related field of study (e.g., Finance, Business) and a minimum of four years' experience in analysis, procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management or supplier diversity.

Preferred skills

  • Five or more years of experience in procurement including contract negotiation and knowledge of supplier risk management.
  • Working knowledge of the Coupa platform and marketing analytics
  • Knowledge of Mergers and Acquisition integration process Organizational change management, and operational problem-solving
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong project management and organizational skills
  • A strong foundation in data analytics and expert level Excel skills (VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables)

Compensation

  • $84,900 - $113,200/ year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
