As a product analyst on the Personal Auto Product team, you’ll conduct analysis to support the growth and profitability of the auto product in a state. In this role, you'll solve business problems, propose data-based solutions, and study trends in our data to support a team. By engaging with partners across the organization, you’ll provide insights into how our business grows and remains profitable, while allowing you to influence strategic considerations.

This is a hybrid role based out of the Cleveland, OH or Richmond, VA office locations.

Must-have qualifications

• A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three year analytical work experience.

Preferred skills

• Proven ability to develop predictive data and high proficiency in using data analysis reporting tools such as Tableau
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, charts, graphs and macros)
• Experience working with SQL or SAS
• Experience influencing leadership decisions, strong prioritization skills, balancing multiple projects simultaneously, mentor other analysts, and have strong collaboration and relationship building skills

Compensation

• $77,100 -$124,300 / year depending on position level and experience
• Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
