As a pricing supervisor or associate manager on the Personal Lines Recreational Line leadership team, you’ll oversee the pricing work for Progressive’s boat product. In this role, you’ll lead the development of your team, ensure the boat product is adequately priced, and modernize our approaches and processes. Additionally, you’ll coordinate recommendations and implementations to state product design, rating factor relativities and rate levels. Your team will influence our ability to find the right price for the right coverage for our customers.

Must-have qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher with an emphasis in finance, mathematics, accounting or related field of study (e.g., economics, statistics)
  • Minimum of three years property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience (e.g., analytical work in a professional setting)

Preferred skills

  • Insurance pricing and/or product experience
  • Prior leadership and mentorship experience with the capability to develop people, drive results, and build an inclusive work environment
  • Outstanding communication skills, with great collaboration and influencing skills
  • Critical thinking capabilities, excellent business insight and ability to see the big picture
  • Familiarity with coding/programming languages such as SQL or SAS and an advanced knowledge of Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, charts, graphs and macros)

Compensation

  • $70,100 - $113,200/year depending on position level and experience
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
