As a graphic production designer and a member of the creative team, ninety6, you’ll lead your own projects and partner in a production capacity with our design team on complex, multi-piece projects. You’ll coordinate digital and print production for events, reference materials, merchandise, and more. You’ll apply brand standards to documents, to ensure brand consistency, in addition to the highest quality output. Additionally, you’ll create, edit, optimize, prepare, and bring to life the materials that allow us to effectively connect with our consumers, customers, community, and employees.

Must-have qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of two years related work experience in graphic design and/or production/creative-technical field experience in agency or corporate environment
  • {OR} Associate's degree or higher in Graphic Design discipline or higher or related field of study (e.g., Graphic Art, Digital, Visual Communications Design, Technology, and Integrated Media) and minimum of one year of related work experience in graphic design and/or production/creative-technical field experience

Preferred skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, XD, etc.) as well as working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership over projects from both a production and project management perspective
  • Experience in accessible document remediation, light video editing, and photography post-production
  • Experience creating slide presentations for various audiences
  • Experience with photography post-editing

Compensation

  • $46,400 - $70,300/year depending on position level and experience
  • Gainshare bonus up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
