As an associate manager digital design within Acquisition Experience, you’ll have direct impact on a multi-billion-dollar eCommerce platform through oversight and development of innovative digital experiences. You’ll lead and mentor a team of digital designers, providing support and guidance to foster creativity. You’ll work closely with product stakeholders, build project requirements, and translate user needs into actionable design tasks. You’ll ensure efficient workflow across the team, lead design reviews and take ownership of design projects when needed. In addition, you’ll collaborate in the planning, building and implementation of a design system for customer platforms.

Must-have qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher and 5 years of business/digital interaction or design experience
  • In lieu of degree, 7 years of business/digital interaction or design experience

Preferred skills

  • Experience managing and mentoring a team of UX designers strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining design systems, ability to ensure consistency and efficiency across digital platforms
  • Strong proficiency using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD for creating high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
  • Proven track record of leading business-to-consumer (B2C) focused user experience design initiatives; Experience designing or optimizing user experience of price quoting applications or similar interactive customer-facing tools
  • Proficiency or general knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript; experience collaborating with development teams to translate business partner needs into actionable design solutions

Compensation

  • $95,000 - $120,000/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of eligible earnings based on company performance
