As an investments systems consultant supporting Progressive Capital Management (PCM), you’ll support the Chief Investment Officer (CIO), the trading team, portfolio managers, and analysts. In this role, you’ll maintain, test, and improve our trading processes and systems, including Bloomberg Port Enterprise. You’ll also handle straight-through processing from various electronic trading platforms to Bloomberg AIM using industry standards and best practices. You’ll lead process-improvement initiatives, innovate existing processes, support reporting requests, and orchestrate automation projects. You’ll train PCM users on system functionality and be the point of contact for any system issues. In addition, you’ll function as a liaison between Progressive Capital Management, the Investment Accounting team, external vendors, and IT.

This is a hybrid role located in Stamford, CT.

Must-have qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of ten years of experience in back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.)
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of seven years of experience in back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.)

Preferred skills

• Experience in investments and/or finance
• Experience with portfolio management and trading systems
• Process-improvement project experience, including requirements gathering, design and development, implementation, training, and post-implementation support
• Experience with vendor relationship management

Compensation

• $102,500 - $136,700/year
• Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
