As a claims administrative support specialist, you’ll play a vital role supporting our claims branch offices. In addition to ensuring essential administrative functions run smoothly, you may also interact with customers and medical providers by phone or in person when applicable. Candidates must reside within 30 miles of the New Port Richey Claims Office at 7916 Evolutions Way, Suite 101, New Port Richey, FL 34655.
Must-have qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of one year of administrative or clerical support experience
  • Instead of the above, one year of post-secondary education
Preferred skills
  • Proficiency using office equipment
  • Proven organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and quickly switch duties
  • Communication skills with the ability to work in a team-environment
  • Customer service and follow-up skills

Location: New Port Richey, Florida

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (This is an in-office, customer-facing position)
Compensation:
  • $18.00-$20.00/hour
  • Gainshare bonus up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
