As the marketing development consultant senior/lead you’ll be responsible for developing strong and actionable marketing and branding strategies that drive effective creative and experience development that achieves business goals. With limited day-to-day supervision, you’ll regularly collaborates with market research, business and marketing partners and internal and external agencies to create and refine Progressive's brand and marketing strategies from acquisition through retention. May have direct management and/or mentoring responsibility for lower-level Marketing Development Consultants. This position will be supporting the personal lines business area with a focus on auto, home and special lines.

Must-have qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years related work experience in a marketing role.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of nine years related work experience in a marketing role

Preferred skills

• Effective prioritization of tasks and ability to meet deadlines
• Adaptable and able to handle changes and ambiguity with a positive attitude
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects at one time

Compensation

• $70,000 - $113,200/year depending on position level and experience
• Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
