As an administrative assistant on our house counsel team, your role will be key to ensuring our office runs efficiently. Ideal candidates will possess strong time management and communication skills, which will be used while supporting a group of Attorneys and multiple offices. You’ll handle standard administrative duties such as answering and returning phone calls, managing and maintaining documentation, sending and processing electronic communications and mail, and management of office supplies and equipment. The key focus of this role will be to fulfilling subpoena requests for records as well as following up with providers for those records. If you have strong attention to detail, timely communication practices and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this may be the perfect place for you.

Must-have qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent or higher
  • Minimum three years of work experience in an administrative role

Preferred skills

  • Experience with records procurement specifically requesting medical records and/or fulfilling subpoena requests for records strongly desired
  • Previous administrative experience in a legal environment is a plus
  • Ability to operate a PC with strong working knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments while working with moderate guidance


  • $17.86 - $21.00/hour
