As a marketing business operations consultant within Brand Experience, you’ll serve as a strategic partner and advisor to the Senior Business Leader on matters relating to interdepartmental governance, marketing budget and partnerships. You’ll support business planning and the development and implementation of operational frameworks across the Brand Experience organization, which consists of the Integrated Marketing, Social and Digital Media and Creative functions. You’ll own the development of the brand partnerships strategy and cultivate relationships with brands on behalf of the Brand Experience organization. You'll be responsible for maximizing/extending the leader while developing relationships with key partners, communicating the leader's strategy, and conducting external engagement and thought leadership. In addition, you’ll manage the organization’s budget allocation, including regular partnership with leaders across Marketing to accurately report spend, decide on opportunistic investments, and reinvest or return underspent budgets.

Must-have qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of 11 years related work experience in management consulting, business strategy, marketing strategy, or comparable industry/discipline
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in Management, Strategy, Marketing or related field and a minimum 8 years' experience in management consulting, business strategy, marketing strategy, or comparable industry/discipline

Preferred skills

  • Demonstrated proven project and/or people leadership experience
  • Extensive experience in budget management, including strategic allocation and spend optimization
  • Experience developing and managing marketing brand partnerships to reach new audiences and enhance message delivery
  • Proven experience establishing and implementing operational frameworks within a matrixed organization; ability to analyze, develop and manage strategies to drive organizational efficiency
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the creative development and production processes in traditional and non-traditional media
  • Demonstrated influencing/persuasion skills used to gain support and commitment from others

Compensation

  • $84,900 - $113,200/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
