If you’re a problem-solver with a passion for helping others, join our team as a Customer Service Representative-Bilingual Spanish. Supporting and building trust with our customers, you’ll service their unique needs while also offering available products. We’ve got you covered on the training - which will provide you with a solid base of insurance knowledge, so you’ll feel confident serving our customers. You’ll also benefit from a collaborative environment, along with ongoing coaching and development. This is a remote position; you’ll be provided computer equipment and in-depth training. Preferred candidates will live in the state of Florida.
Must-have qualifications
· Two years post-secondary education or higher
· In lieu of the above, a minimum of two years relevant work experience

Work Schedules
- 12:30 PM - 09:30 PM, ET, Mon Tue Wed Fri Sat
 - 12:30 PM - 09:30 PM, ET, Mon Tue Thu Fri Sat
 - 02:30 PM - 11:30 PM, ET, Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri
 
Work from home office requirements
- Designated workspace free from noise and other distractions
 - High-speed internet at your expense unless otherwise required by law
 - Computer that is provided to you must be physically connected to the router or modem by a cable (no wireless connection)
 - All Progressive hardware you receive needs to be connected to a surge protector
 
Compensation
- $21.50/hour-- Additional $1.00/hour if you are fluent in English and Spanish and hired into a bilingual role
 - Gainshare bonus up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
 - An additional 10% when you work evening or weekend hours.
