As a pricing actuarial analyst senior on the Home Pricing team, you'll research and apply your knowledge of actuarial techniques to determine the appropriate price levels for state(s). You'll work with your manager to determine, recommend and implement appropriate changes to state rates. In addition, you'll analyze, test, and assess the viability of new or revised actuarial techniques used in determining appropriate price levels for state(s). You'll be expected to pursue Associate of Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) designation by sitting for additional exams.

Must-have qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 3 years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of 1 year analytical work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 passed actuarial exams recognized by the Casualty Actuarial Society

Preferred skills

  • Strong technical skills, including familiarity with general ratemaking methods
  • Proficiency in SQL or Python programming

Compensation

  • $70,100 - $102,800 depending on position level
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
