As a pricing supervisor on our property pricing team within our home and property organization, you'll not only manage a team of three to five experienced pricing analysts, but also shape our team’s processes and analytics for years to come. You'll help manage existing project teams within property pricing and work closely with other teams such as research and development, product development and the catastrophe modeling team. In this role, you'll contribute to the advancement of our rate revision tools and collaborate with several state product managers on ratemaking decisions.

Must-have qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Math/Actuarial Science or related field (Economics, Statistics)
  • Three years property casualty insurance experience
  • Five years related professional experience (analytical work in a professional setting)
  • Instead of a degree, seven years of property casualty insurance experience and/or nine years of related experience (analytical work in a professional setting)

Preferred skills

  • Prior insurance pricing and/or product experience
  • Strong analytical, technical, time management, and organization skills
  • Strong history of coaching, mentorship and training
  • Experience and demonstrated proficiency with data tools and systems
  • Proven ability and desire to work in a collaborative team environment

Compensation

  • $70,100 - $113,200/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
