As a brand merger & acquisition strategist, you’ll be responsible for supporting and implementing the brand and marketing aspects of merger & acquisition-related (M&A) integrations. This includes planning and executing projects along with cross functional partnership through the entire M&A life cycle from due diligence to full completion of the brand & marketing integration. This is a remote position.

Must-have qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum eleven years commercial M&A integration, within marketing/brand management space
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a business related field and a minimum eight years commercial M&A integration, within marketing/brand management space

Preferred skills

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the M&A acquisition process and how it applies to brand/marketing integration
  • Proven ability to execute a complex brand/marketing strategy, including implementing brand architecture leveraging research & analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large cross-functional projects and engage peers through influence
  • Proven ability to shape narratives using data and insights to influence senior business leaders & executives to drive M&A integration agenda
  • Proven ability to work well under tight M&A deadlines and follow through on items to completion

Compensation

  • $93,200 - $124,300/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
