As a lead creator on the Social and Digital team, you’ll be responsible for creating and managing social and digital external creator campaigns. In this role, you’ll coordinate agency management, vet external content creators and online personalities, and asset development and approval.

Must-have qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of eight years work experience in digital marketing, specifically, Creator/Influencer marketing.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (e.g., Business), and a minimum of five years' experience digital marketing, specifically, Creator/Influencer marketing.

Preferred skills

  • Demonstrated expertise in the creator space to include project management and creative development.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead the digital creative development process, agencies and partners.
  • Proven understanding of consumer research and ability to apply research learnings in digital creative process.
  • Proven capability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a high-volume work environment where guidelines and deadlines often change.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of paid social media practices, including experience in generating content for successful organic and paid campaigns.


  • $70,100 - $93,500/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
