As a SharePoint Designer within our Knowledge and Development Solutions (KDS) organization, you'll design and maintain Learning and Leadership Development SharePoint sites tailored to the unique needs of business stakeholders across Commercial Lines, Corporate, InfoTech, and Personal Lines. You’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously, from requirements gathering during initial intake meetings with stakeholders to the delivery of custom solutions. You’ll utilize Adobe Creative Suite for design and work closely with Digital Front End Developers on advanced coding requirements or custom business applications as needed.

Must-have qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Web Design, Graphic Design or related field of study (Visual Communications) and a minimum of 3-5 years visual web design experience
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 7 years related web site design, graphic design or multimedia development experience

Preferred skills

• Strong Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD for creating high-fidelity designs and prototypes; Design experience within SharePoint or similar site template software preferred
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
• Proven track record of leading customer-facing design strategy initiatives, including conducting user research, gathering feedback, and translating insights into actionable design recommendations
• Proficiency or general knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or jQuery; experience collaborating with development teams to translate business partner needs into actionable design solutions

Compensation

• $63,800 - $78,200/year depending on position level and experience
• Gainshare bonus up to 24% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
