As a contact center trainer-bilingual Spanish in our Customer Relationship Management organization, you’ll organize and conduct training and educational programs for Spanish speaking contact center representatives and leaders. In this role, you’ll prepare these trainings and educational programs by reviewing, updating, and preparing classroom materials. You’ll also partake in the new hire onboarding process and partner with our Leadership team to identify performance trends to create a seamless new hire experience. The current services onboarding process is 6 months.

Must-have qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of two years of experience in business or adult learning.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (speak and read)
  • This position requires an oral Spanish Proficiency assessment.

Preferred skills

  • Ability to multi-task, work independently with minimal supervision, computer proficient in a windows-based programs and proven problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated organization and time management skills.
  • Detailed oriented


  • $46,400– $53,360/year based on experience.
  • Gainshare bonus up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.

Work Schedule

  • Monday-Friday; 10am-6:45pm ET
