TonDone, a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company located in Akron OH, is looking for a highly motivated, result driven Business Development Representative. Day in the Life Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects to educate them on our product/service Identify, contact and qualify prospects, building a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities for the Account Executives Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects Learn our platform inside and out and give demos on the best product(s) for good fit potential customers Determine the prospect's interest in TonDone Meet or exceed sales qualified lead quotas Maintain accurate and timely call notes, contacts and opportunities in HubSpot CRM

Do you have what it takes? This role requires a person who has a wide variety of skills including innate curiosity, strong research and attention to detail, and a tenacious commitment to achieving or exceeding performance standards. Proof of your ability to drive results High comfort level with technology, software, and spreadsheets; this includes but is not limited to all Microsoft office products. At least one year of professional experience in appointment setting, lead qualification, and/or lead prospecting role (SaaS background a bonus) Experience working with mid-market, small enterprise, and medium enterprise clients Experience or ability to be involved in high-velocity sales Excellent organizational and time-management skills Personable demeanor and a winning attitude Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures Ability to quickly learn any new modern business tools including but not limited to CRMs, Hubspot and Active Campaign; presentation tools like Zoom; and collaboration tools like Google Sheets, Slack and Trello Effective, persuasive and compelling communications skills are critical
