Looking for a reliable professional with experience in customer service, reception work, experience working in a clinical setting, and general office assistance The ideal candidate would be someone who has great communication and organizational skills, is able to multi task, is detail-oriented, exhibits high levels of professionalism, and enjoys working in a small group setting. Looking for a candidate who is proficient in using excel/ Adobe and has experience working with electronic health records systems. Rate of pay from $14-15 an hour dependent on experience
JOB DUTIES:
- Answering phones, following up with clients via calls/emails/messaging
- Creating client charts
- Providing caring customer service to everyone who comes in, making them feel welcomed, heard, and appreciated.
- Ability to multitask
- Registering clients / processing paperwork
- Maintaining a well-stocked office / purchasing / ordering missing items / inventory
- Communicating with clinical office staff as needed
- Faxing, filing, and general office duties
- Collecting co-pays and patient balances
- Creating office forms
- Verifying insurance for new patients
- Assisting with calls to insurance companies as needed
- Accounts receivable
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in any position that is fast paced, with a lot of interaction with the public
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and communication skills
- Experience in a medical office setting
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Ability to follow directions, multi-task, and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Adobe, excel, and working within electronic health records systems Benefits for position and relevant information:
