Looking for a reliable professional with experience in customer service, reception work, experience working in a clinical setting, and general office assistance The ideal candidate would be someone who has great communication and organizational skills, is able to multi task, is detail-oriented, exhibits high levels of professionalism, and enjoys working in a small group setting. Looking for a candidate who is proficient in using excel/ Adobe and has experience working with electronic health records systems. Rate of pay from $14-15 an hour dependent on experience


  • Answering phones, following up with clients via calls/emails/messaging
  • Creating client charts
  • Providing caring customer service to everyone who comes in, making them feel welcomed, heard, and appreciated.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Registering clients / processing paperwork
  • Maintaining a well-stocked office / purchasing / ordering missing items / inventory
  • Communicating with clinical office staff as needed
  • Faxing, filing, and general office duties
  • Collecting co-pays and patient balances
  • Creating office forms
  • Verifying insurance for new patients
  • Assisting with calls to insurance companies as needed
  • Accounts receivable


  • Experience in any position that is fast paced, with a lot of interaction with the public
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and communication skills
  • Experience in a medical office setting
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to follow directions, multi-task, and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with Adobe, excel, and working within electronic health records systems Benefits for position and relevant information:
