About the Role

We’re looking for a Partnerships Intern to join our Entrepreneurial Services team and support JumpStart’s Preferred Services Program — which connects entrepreneurs with trusted service providers and resources.

This internship is perfect for a current undergraduate student who’s organized, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience in business development, finance, and nonprofit operations. You’ll help track client budgets, manage partner relationships, and streamline workflows that directly support small businesses and startups.

What You’ll Do

• Track client budgets, invoices, and project agreements.

• Assist with surveys and reports to measure partnership performance.

• Identify and secure new perks or partnerships that benefit accelerator participants.

• Collaborate with internal teams, service providers, and entrepreneurs to coordinate partnership activities.

• Support automation and workflow improvements to increase efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Current undergraduate student at an Ohio university, majoring in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

• Strong interest in entrepreneurship, venture support, or nonprofit management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite; familiarity with tools like Zapier, Power BI, or other automation platforms is a plus.

• Excellent attention to detail and comfort with data and numbers.

• Organized, proactive, and able to balance multiple priorities.

Commitment & Compensation
