WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Sales Operations Manager will provide seamless partnership with various internal departments to increase operational efficiency and to help enhance the Endotronix customer experience. This role will liaise between departments including the Customer Service Group, the Endotronix Field Team including Sales and Clinical Specialists. Operations/Manufacturing, Finance and Marketing.

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for four key areas of support including sales analytics and report development, compensation planning and quota setting, pricing and contracting support, and field level support to help achieve revenue goals.

The Sales Operations Manager will be a key contributor to the success of our sales team and will have a thorough understanding of sales processes and will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The role requires deep analysis to help define priorities that impact Endotronix’s engagement with customers and future opportunities. Candidates must have the ability to pivot quickly and adapt to new strategies and requests.

  • Provide analytical trends and report development to the field to support sales goals.
  • Responsible for field alignments and working closely with sales leadership on field deployment.
  • Work closely with the finance team on Commercial CRM development to track customers as they move through the funnel.
  • Set up Incentive Comp Plans and work cross functionally on plan governance, quotas, and comp administration.
  • Support Sales & Revenue Goals: Work with regional sales teams to track monthly & quarterly progress and identify/flag major roadblocks regarding forecast and revenue to SVP Sales and Sr. Director of Sales Operations.
  • Work cross functional with sales and legal teams on customer contracts including redlines, pricing exhibits, and Commercial Contract Negotiations.
  • Work closely with finance and accounting on rebate administration and quarterly calculations.
  • Collaborate with supply organization to assess inventory requirements/fulfillment. Streamline and optimize the sales process by selecting, implementing, and managing sales automation tools. Manage CRM data via Salesforce. This role will be a key contributor toward sales forecasting in collaborating with sales leadership to develop organizational goals.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 8+ years relevant work experience in Sales Operations, preferably in the healthcare industry with a customer-facing setting
  • Strong analytical capability of Microsoft products with emphasis in Excel
  • Experience with an ERP system and demonstrated working experience in a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM – Salesforce)
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and constructively work with feedback.
  • Organized, flexible, communicative

EDUCATION

  • BS/BA degree in a relevant field of study such as Business Administration
