Our Cordella Heart Failure System (CHFS) includes proactive management tools for best practice care and detection of worsening heart failure. WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Product Manager at Endotronix, you will play a pivotal role in the marketing efforts for the flagship launch of the Cordella Pulmonary Artery Sensor System. Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing, this dynamic role offers a healthy mix of both upstream and downstream marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with Field Sales Managers, Clinical Specialists, Sales Operations, and R&D teams, driving both commercial marketing and product planning activities. The Product Manager position provides a unique opportunity to shape the success of a groundbreaking product launch in the heart failure medical device industry, blending strategic oversight with hands-on execution. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Spearhead the launch of new products and software feature releases from pilot programs through regulatory approval to market introduction. Collaborate closely with cross functional teams, including external field team as well as internal operations, R&D, and regulatory departments.
  • Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, encompassing product direction, advertising, packaging, pricing, budgeting, profit planning, and future product development initiatives.
  • Oversee the creation and dissemination of training materials for existing and new products, communicate clinical data, competitive positioning, and industry news to ensure informed and effective sales and marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain an in-depth knowledge base of products and markets, including clinical and operational workflows and financial analysis. Represent the product category in internal and external education, training programs, and system performance documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with Clinical, R&D, and Operations teams to understand and anticipate market dynamics and communicate insights to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Design and deploy marketing and sales tools, such as sales aids, product brochures, and training manuals, to support successful product launch and post-launch activities.
  • Lead Voice of Customer activities, including the creation of surveys, conducting interviews, and summarizing results to inform the product roadmap and ensure alignment with customer needs.
  • Develop and provide product training materials and support the commercial field team to drive product adoption and growth.
  • Develop marketing demonstrations technical training kits, tradeshow materials, and other supporting marketing collateral to enhance product visibility and engagement.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of product features and benefits, competitive activity, and current customer and sales force issues to inform marketing and sales strategies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success and growth of Endotronix.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 3+ years of successful related business experience; 2-3 years of healthcare experience, preferably in the cardiovascular medical device space
  • Strong quantitative ability in analyzing complex data to provide direction for both market and product roadmaps
  • Experience in market research to include conjoint, focus groups, field trials and surveys
  • Strong skills and experience in both market and account segmentation and subsequently building a targeted campaign around the outcome
  • ROI analysis for investments into both new products as well as marketing initiatives
  • Proven track record for delivering results, high initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including communication, collaboration, and negotiation capabilities
  • Effective oral and written communication with medical professionals, scientists, peers, and senior management
  • Ability to independently set and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Hypervigilance with details
  • Strong project and time management
  • Team player

EDUCATION

  • BA/BS required, Master’s/MBA preferred
