The Claims Adjuster - Associate is responsible for providing exceptional service to pet parents by efficiently and accurately processing claims, handling medical documents, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role includes direct communication with pet parents and veterinary clinics, through phone and email regarding claims-related quest

ions.
In addition to their primary responsibilities, the Claims Adjuster - Associate assists other departments as needed by answering questions, providing insights, and completing claims-related tasks that support broader organizational goals. Collaboration and teamwork are essential components of this role, ensuring smooth operations across all areas of the company. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who accepts personal responsibility for their tasks and takes initiative to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest sta
