Full job description

We are looking for a talented FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Analyst to lead our financial forecasting, budgeting, and analytical efforts. The FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in providing insightful analysis and strategic guidance to support decision-making at all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and business acumen.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial performance and key metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management to drive business decisions.
  • Prior experience developing and analyzing financial models to support management and company performance.
  • Prepare regular financial reports and presentations, highlighting trends, variances, and areas of opportunity or concern.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve forecasting accuracy and optimize resource allocation.
  • Perform analysis including reconciliations around general ledger accounting to help with the monthly close.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a demonstrated track record.
  • Strong proficiency in developing financial modeling and analysis, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights.
  • CPA, CFA, or other relevant certifications not required but a plus.
