Bob Evans Transportation is hiring CDL A Dedicated Regional Refrigerated Drivers in Springfield, OH. Drivers will transport temperature-controlled grocery products to customer distribution centers across regions east of Louisiana, except the West and Southwest Regions.

Compensation

• Average weekly pay: $1,900 with an average of 2,100 - 2,300 miles per week
• Top Performers earn $100,000 or more annually
• Base 70 CPM based upon experience; paid hub miles
• Bonuses:
• Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 paid quarterly over a year
• Employee Referral Bonus: $5,000 paid quarterly over a year
• Quarterly Bonus Program: 5 CPM
• Quarterly Safe Driving Completion Bonus: $150
• Other Pay:
• Detention Pay (after 2 hours): $22 per hour
• Breakdown Pay: $22 per hour
• Stop Pay: $48 per stop
• Drop and Hook Pay: $15 per load
• Unloading Pay (optional): $30 per hour
• Premium Local Load Pay (within 360 miles): $200 per load; limit one per day
• $200 for deliveries originating from the Springfield, OH DC only
• $100 for deliveries originating from the Hillsdale, MI DC only
• Paid via direct deposit bi-weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home Time: Home every weekend and up to 1-2 nights mid-week
• Schedule: 5-day work week with two dispatch options:
• Sunday - Thursday or Monday - Friday
• Drivers choose dispatch options weekly
• Biannual Seniority Bid Based Routing: January - June and July - December
• Routes: Regional - Will run nationwide across every region except West and Southwest (all routes are east of Louisiana)
• Level of Touch: No Touch Freight!
• Drivers have the option to unload when available for $30 an hour
  

Equipment

• 2021 or newer Kenworth T6 80 with leather seats, inverters, XM radio, and sleepers
• All Automatic Transmissions
• Govern speed 70 MPH on pedal and cruise
• Event triggered outward facing cameras
• No slip seating!
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have CDL A license in good standing
• Minimum of 18 months of over the road tractor-trailer experience required
• Clean driving record
• Prefer no automatic restriction
• No DUI/DWIs in the past 7 years
• Must be able to pass background check, drug screen and a DOT physical
• Warehouse experience with refrigerated freight a plus!
• Must have DOT medical card
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 100 miles of Springfield, OH or be willing to relocate.
