Peters Brothers, Inc. is seeking local CDL A reefer drivers to join our team in Jefferson, WI. You’ll be hauling refrigerated freight in 53’ multi-zone temperature trailers with no-touch freight.

Compensation

• Average annual pay: $70,000 to $85,000
• Paid $25.00/hour with 50-60 hours weekly
• Overtime pay after 8 hours daily and 40 hours weekly
• Bonuses:
• Quarterly Safety Bonus: $150
• End of Year Safety Bonus
• Clean DOT Inspection Bonus: $135 for any inspection level
• Referral bonus: $4,500 paid in 3 installments of $1,500 within 90 days
• Additional Pay: Seniority pay increase
• Paid via direct deposit bi-weekly

• Late model Freightliner & Kenworth trucks
• Automatic transmission
• Comfort amenities: XM radio, fridge, mattress
• Governed speed: 68 mph
• Safety technology: Dual facing camera (only active on drive line)
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be at least 24 years of age
• Must have CDL A license
• Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
• Consistent work history (1+ year at past jobs)
• No prior positive drug/alcohol test results or refusal to test results
• No DUI/DWIs within last 10 years
• No major accidents or violations within last 3 years
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 40 miles of Jefferson, WI or be willing to relocate for this position
